Shipping policy

All items are shipped with CanadaPost (as much as possible)

canadian orders:

Flat rate shipping DOES NOT come with tracking, and once it leaves our shop, we will have no further information. We offer this untracked option to help keep fees reasonable.
You can always choose to upgrade to tracked shipping at check-out. 
Regular parcel rates include tracking and the tracking information will provided by email once your order has shipped.

We will make all attempts to use the most cost effective method of shipping, but some regions and types of address cannot be serviced by less expensive carriers.

Flat-rate Canadian shipping:

$6-$8 (depending on package size/weight)

lost/undelivered packages:

If packages are not received but are marked delivered, you must follow-up with your local post office for next steps. Cases can be filed with CanadaPost but do take some time to be resolved.
we cannot offer refunds or replacements until a resolution has been reached by CanadaPost.

if you would like to pick-up your order at our office in Hamilton, ON please choose local pick-up and leave us a note!

 

US orders:

With the elimination of the "de minimis" rule in the US, any taxes, duties, and tariffs will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay, not muster.pattern 
These fees will be calculated at check-out and displayed prior to payment

 

international orders:

orders are shipped with CanadaPost and you can choose from several types of shipping (air, tracked etc). If you do not choose an option that has tracking, once it leaves our shop, we have no further information about that package and cannot provide any support for lost packages. 

At this time we do not collect VAT or any other customs charges or duty. 
they will be your responsibility upon receiving your package, as per your government requirements.
